Interview with Claire Howe, Executive Director and "Mother Raven" at The Raven Corps
Claire Howe is Executive Director (though she much prefers the title "Mother Raven") at The Raven Corps, a youth-led, consistent anti-oppression nonprofit organization for activists between the ages of 15 and 22. The Raven Corps is a growing community of young change-makers who aim to forge a multi-dimensional movement, rooted in dismantling the systems that harm and exploit animals, human and nonhuman, and our natural world. I first learned about The Raven Corps at their booth at The Cherry City Vegfest in Salem, OR. I am excited to learn more about their mission and work and share with our community!
