Julia Gaskill is a professional daydreamer hailing from Portland, Her poetry has been published through Vagabond City Lit, Nailed Magazine, Knight’s Library Magazine, and more. She was included in the anthologies In Absentia (Bicycle Comics) and Excelsior! (FreezeRay Poetry), is the author of four chapbooks, is the co-creator of the Bigfoot Regional Poetry Slam festival, and runs the monthly show Slamlandia. John Miller’s poetry has featured at the Elisabeth Jones Art Center’s Festival of Feelings and at The Connecticut Poetry Festival. His first collection, Olympic, was published by The Poetry Box last June. His poetry has also appeared in West Trade Review, Tiny Seed Literary Journal, Wingless Dreamer, River Heron Review, and catheXis Northwest, among many others. John is a founder of Portland Ars Poetica, a literary poetry collective.
David Memmott has been living and writing in the Pacific Northwest most of his life. He’s reading tonight from his new book, Small Matters Mean the World. Poems have appeared recently in basalt, Cirque, Gargoyle, Sheila-Na-Gig, The Poeming Pigeon, Triggerfish and Willawaw Journal.
