Black Book Talk welcomed Dr Manning Marable, author of Living Black History:  How Reimagining the African- American Past Can Remake America's Racial Future.  The founding director of Columbia University's Institute for Research in African-American Studies and author of 19 books, discussed role of the intellectual activist and the consequences of the loss or barriers to Black intellectual property.
