One Land, Many Voices welcomes Dr. Nada Elia and Dr. Jess Ghannam for an in-depth discussion of the Boycott-Divestment-Sanctions movement that is taking hold here in the United States. 
 
Dr. Nada Elia is professor of Global and Gender Studies at Antioch University, Seattle. A scholar-activist, she has published widely on resistance to institutionalized systems of oppression, and is a community organizer with INCITE! Women of Color Against Violence, where she co-chaired the Anti-Militarism and Occupation Taskforce.  Dr. Elia is a diaspora Palestinian from Jerusalem, a former war journalist, immediate past-president of the Association for Middle East Women's Studies, and member of the Organizing Committee of USACBI, the US Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel.
 
Dr. Jess Ghannam is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Global Health Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco and Adjunct Professor of Ethnic Studies at San Francisco State University. He is a grassroots activist and member of Al-Awda San Francisco and Al-Awda's Coordinating and Executive Committees. He is past-president of the San Francisco American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee. Dr. Ghannam also sits on the Organizing Committee of USACBI, the US Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel.
 
Wael Elasady and Will Seaman are hosts for this latest edition of the monthly program focused on Palestine-Israel.
