Please join us on Monday, January 17th at 6:30 pm for Prison Pipeline on KBOO Community Radio as we talk with Terry Robinson, an innocent man on death row in North Carolina. Sentenced to death over 20 years ago, Terry Robinson is a warm and engaging man who shares his story and talks about life on death row. Growing up in a segregated small town in North Carolina, Robinson was wrongfully accused of a murder he did not commit. Robinson shares his story honestly describing the conditions that led to him being accused of committing a murder he did not participate in based on circumstantial evidence. Robinson's story will help walk the listener through how our racist criminal justice system functions and how the negligence of a society that fails to address the longstanding injustices of racism and institutional segregation play out. This is part one of a two part interview.
