The Father Christmas Letters by J.R.R. Tolkien

Once again we present our holiday special, featuring the humorous and alarming adventures of Father Christmas and his friend The North Polar Bear. Writtenby JRR Tolkien as treats for his children at Christmas. The stories would appear, in an envelope either found with the presents or left on the mantle, from the late 1920's to the start of World War 2 in 1939. They will be read by Portland author Katherine Dunn. Back when she used her radio name of Red Ryder. Fortunato and christmas elf Umatilla Rose will host. Besides the Tolkien stories there will be lots of holiday music and some suprises. We will also take a special look at Santa Claus.
