Northwest Community Coalition for Police Accountability Summer Gathering

Host Jo Ann Hardesty speaks with Liz Moore, Director of the Spokane Peace and Justice Action Works and Rev. Harriett Walden of Mom's for Police Accountability about their upcoming conference, Northwest Community Coalition for Police Accountability Summer Gathering, at Portland State University,'s Smith Center on August 12th & 13th.

The conference will bring grassroots practitioners for police accountability together from throughout the region to discuss promising practices around police reform and the Department of Justice interventions that each community experiences.  The conference will look for shared learning that will inform police accountability efforts moving forward.
