Local war tax protesters will be holding their annual training seminar at the downtown Portland Library to educate citizens how to withhold their federal taxes in protest of the Iraq War. KBOO reporter Don Wolfe spoke with Ann Huntwork about the upcoming training and her thoughts about members of Congress personally benefitting from the War.
