Sandhya Menon is Young Adult romance writer, and one of the very very few South Asian American writers in the genre. Her debut novel, "When Dimple Met Rishi" follows the love story of two characters from Gujarati families in the Bay Area. Sarika and Sandhya talked about what seeing Asian American characters means for a new generation of readers - seeing characters from their communities in print.
