Crazy Rich Asians is doing well in the box office and is trending on social media, especially among Asian American. There are many who love the movie and say it represents a big step in representation, while there are many who could do without it and say it only furthers the problems in Asian mainstream representation. The Pacific Underground crew will talk about their take on the movie and about other Asian American media they're consuming these days. We'll also have a special guest -- Portland's own Creative Laureate Subashini Ganesan -- to talk about the real Singapore.
