In the second of a two part-interview, Desiree Hellegers interviews deaf activist Philip J. Wolfe about the ground-breaking work of providing nearly continuous access to deaf and hard of hearing activists at OccupyICEPDX, and about the struggles that deaf and hard of hearing people in Portland. A candidate for city commissioner in the 2018 primary, Wolfe is a commissioner with the Portland Commission on Disability, a former chair of the Community Oversight Advisory Board and a past president of the Northwest Rainbow Alliance for the Deaf.
