With the January special election looming, the Oregon Center for Public Policy's Chuck Sheketoff returns to dissect Ballot Measures 66 & 67. The two ballot referenda address the unfashionable, outmoded, and vaguely socialist notion that wealthy people should pay more taxes in exchange for, well, the privilege of being wealthy.
