Local Folks Podcast Season 3: Helping The Homeless, Episode 2

Before I started this project, I was aware that there were homeless people in my community, but even though I would see folks collecting cans, or come across their camps at various locations around town, I had no understanding of what their daily lives were really like. In this episode I talk with Aimee, who is homeless in Corvallis. She has taught me so much about what it means to be poor and homeless, and as a result of our conversation, I am much more empathetic toward my homeless neighbors.
