Joe Clement talks with union organizer and education coordinator for Labor Notes, Barbara Madeloni*, about how some unions are looking at the possibility of a stolen election or outright coup. They discuss calls for general strikes if need be, but also take a sober look at the need for a long-term strategy and worker-centered organizing methods for building power no matter who wins the election.

*Barbara was on the Old Mole last year when a clip from her talk on how and why strikes work at the Labor Notes Troublemakers' School was shared by Denise Morris.
