Israel orders the explusion of Palestinians - Gazans & Intls too - from the West Bank.
The Israeli government is about to act on a new order that designed to expel thousands of Palestinians – including internationals – from the West Bank. Gazans there will be designated illegal and would be expelled, too. It really an excuse to target Gaza Strip residents living in the West Bank. Some of them have been living there for years but were not granted West Bank identity cards or residency permits. The decision to implement the order came last Tuesday at the nadir of Israel’s image in the civilized world. And the military leapt to carry it out. The Israeli human rights groups, Hamoked, said that most of the people who are now living in the occupied West Bank were never required to have a permit. Chief Palestinian Negotiator, Dr. Saeb Erekat, described the Israeli decision as an act of ethnic cleansing against dozens of thousands of Palestinians.
