We interview George Rishmali at the International Middle East Media Center + state $$$ & glowfish.

"Israel agrees to Join U.N. Investigation into Gaza Flottilla Attack"  That's the mainstream media headline.  Well of course Israel agrees;  after all, what's PR for if not to bury the bodies and where better to bury them than in the Magic Mountain of approved news wires?  The world knows about the May 31st assault on six civilian vessels attempting to deliver humanitarian aid to the beleaguered Palestinians more or less trapped in Gaza.  Nine people were murdered and hundreds injured - which is to say nothing of the 'Disappeared'.  Initially Israel planned to investigate itself -  media masturbation at its finest.  Even the Associated Press decided it didn't appreciate the prospect of Israel coming in its face.  So that spinjob crashed and burned.  Enter the UN:  Israel says Yes, it will participate...but only up the point at which A,  Someone asks a hard question or B, Someone laughs at Israel's effort to draw happy faces on nine dead bodies and paint the survivors as violent, heavily-armed radicals.  It's classic Rashomon:  depending on one's point of view it's crime or no crime.  But out there in the greater world there are hundreds of people who were on board the Mavi Marmora when the assault happened.  They saw it and some of them pulled the chips out of their recording equipment and cameras before they was seized by IDF thugs.  They've got the goods on the Gods of War.  This isn't PR;  this is Evidence...Res Ipsa Loquitor.
