I mean, they were a band for only several months

 

Shortly after changing the long-known 'Garcia / Saunders' label to 'Legion of Mary,' the band made its one trek north to Oregon.  The name change was due to the addition of both drummer Ron Tutt and saxophonist / flutist Martin Fierro.  

December 14-15, 1974 were the dates of the two Oregon shows.  This broadcast features excerpts from both gigs.
