* First hour/Part 1: Jessie Owens is a dance artist, choreographer, structural integration practitioner and an embodiment practitioner. She recently graduated from the Goddard College Graduate Institute in the healing arts & embodiment studies program, where she wrote a brilliant thesis entitled The Adaptable Body: Increasing the Body's Capacity for Living Through Interoceptive Awareness, Effort and Challenging the Status Quo, which is the subject of our conversation, in which we talk about the power of movement and dance to open new portals of possibility in the way we experience and relate to the world around us and ourselves in each new moment, infusing our lives with a new richness and joy that can be hard to find in our stressful achievement oriented world. (11-28-2022)

Second hour/Part 2: This is the second half of our conversation with Jessie Owens, a dancer, performing artist, choreographer, structural integration practitioner and an embodiment practitioner. She's the founder of ERGO/movement, and the Vermont Dance Alliance. We talk about the power of movement and dance to open new doorways of possibility in the ways we experience and relate to the world around us and ourselves in each moment, infusing our lives with a new richness and joy that can be hard to find in our stressful achievement oriented world.  (12-05-2022)
