Last Friday, March 3, the music community lost one of the most eclectic and inovative players of teh last 50 years. Aside from his solo career, David Lindley played on hunderds, if not thousands of sessions, for all kinds of artists. While it is impossible to cover the full breadth and depth of his career in 90 minutes, we're gonna play some of the more interesting deep cuts. From playing with Jackson Browne on huge stages to seeking out local musicians in Madagascar with experimental guitarist Henry Kaiser, we'll touch on some of David's more interesting pieces. We'll also play some songs from his solo career; it'll be entertaining and intriguing.
