The Drug Policy Alliance held its 2023 biennial international Reform conference over the weekend of Oct. 19-22. Over a thousand activists, advocates, organizers, researchers, and others were in attendance discussing human rights, harm reduction, the criminal legal system, and of course drug policies around the world.
