Kevin Sampsell is the author of the new novel Baby in the Night (published by Impeller Press tomorrow, 3/17) as well as other books.  A collection of his collage art and poetry, I Made an Accident, was published by Clash Books in 2022. His spoken word collection, Fang of Jon, with effects and music produced by Nicholas Yandell, will be come out later this year from Hello America Stereo Cassette. Sampsell lives in Portland, Oregon, where he has run the small press Future Tense Books since 1992 and has worked at Powell's Bookstore for 28 years.

Laura Feldman was born and raised in North Portland. She serves on the Willamette River Advisory Board, and the Oregon Hanford Cleanup Board. Her work includes the chapbook: hearing Hanford (nine muses press), and more recently her memory essay, Trip to Richland, which appeared in “Beyond the Margins” an Oregon Humanities online magazine.

Stephen Meads  is a writer and thinker based out of Portland. He’s been on various teams representing Bay Area cities at national and regional tournaments, and also has done volunteer and behind the scenes work at many competitions. He has performed poetry across the United States from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon, West Palm Beach, Florida, to Honolulu, Hawaii. He is one of the co-founders of Slamlandia and the Bigfoot Poetry Festival2
