A 4-hour-long Dada/Surrealist variety show which airs on the rare 5th Mondays. Performing live this show will be musicians: Sean Ongly, Stepmother, and Branic Howard. This Theatrum will also feature poet/writer and NPR commentator Andrei Codrescu reading from his new book The Posthuman Dada Guide, Tzara & Lenin Play Chess and from Jealous Witness with music by New Orleans Klezmer Allstars, an appearance by Jack Zipes reading from his new translation of Lucky Hans and Other Merz Fairy Tales by Kurt Schwitters with treatments by Broken Hours, Rolf Semprebon, and Rabia Yeaman. Rolf Semprebon also presents a production of Federico Garcia Lorca's A Trip to the Moon vocalized by Jay Thiemeyer and Crystal Leighty. Tabor Porter reads poetry by Olivero Girondo.
