Despite a recent county ballot measure aimed at keeping the Nestle bottling company from botting water at Oxbow Spring, the city of Cascade Locks has announced that it will be moving forward with its plans to build the bottling plant. Alex Brown, executive director of Bark, joined us live in Studio 2 to talk about their efforts to prevent the beverage company from taking water from the spring.
