The Multnomah Neighborhood Association is taking the city to court over land use planning
Oregon Law requires that municipalities maintain a comprehensive plan to manage growth.
In Portland, this is called the Comprehensive or ‘Comp’ plan, and our most recent version took effect earlier this year.
Now the Multnomah Neighborhood association is taking the city to court over a last minute addition of the so-called Missing Middle Housing Policy.
