After a month-long John Cage-induced silence, The Firesign Theatre Radio Hour returns with a brand old episode entitled Dick Nixon Chevrolet.
This episode comes from the Dear Friends era and was originally broadcast on January 3rd, 1971 on KPFK.
The Firesign Theatre Radio Hour is every 1st and 4th Monday, from 10pm to 11pm, directly following A Different Nature and alternating with The Talking Earth.

On a previous reply you had said that the broadcasts are avaible for 2 weeks after the initial broadcast, yet this particular broadcast I can not find yet it is only a week later. Please could you tell me what link or podcasts link this is available at?

<p>Sorry for the delayed response. We're not sure what happened to that archive. For some reason, it didn't get captured. The system's not 100% reliable at this point. Possibly it hiccup'd at the point of archiving that show.</p>
<p>I'll do some sleuthing as to the why but in the meantime, we'll see if it's perhaps within the archive of the show that immediately preceeds it.</p>
<p>We're so sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully we'll have all the bugs ironed out by next airdate (10/22).</p>
